Holiday Program - July 2010 & New Forms for the ASP

The Telopea B&ASP will run the winter holiday program. New forms for the Extra Curricula activites have been published as well as the new registration form.

Fete 2010
07-06-2010 
This year's Fete is scheduled on Saturday November 6. Traditionally organised by the P&C as a fund-raising event, it relies on volunteers and parents' help.

Constitution
 
The role of the association is to promote parent participation and to enable parents to contribute to the school and to A.C.T. public schooling.
Role, objectives, powers and operations are described in details in the Constitution of the P&C Association.
 
Funding Policy
 
The P&C Association raises funds each year by provision and management of school-related services: Before-and-after-school Care Program, Canteen, Uniform Shop), the annual school fete and direct fundraising such as raffle. Traditionally, P&C funding is discussed and allocated at the last meeting each year when parents go through a list of proposals prepared by the Principal, after which available funds are donated to the School. In 2002, the Funding Policy has been adopted to guide this process.
