Our Support to School: P&C Sub-committees

The parents-volunteers manage various services to support parents and raise funds for the school at the same time. Those activities are structured in the form of the P&C sub-committees.

The P&C has the following sub-committees to run its various activities:

After School Care - download the program registration form. Extra-curricula activities form available here . NEW! (Term 3, 2010)
We will also run the winter holiday program in July 2010 - download the Holiday Program Form here .

Canteen - Lunch Box Menu available at fixed price of $6.50. Junior Menu and Canteen Menu also available. See more about the menu on the Freshnfast web site, canteen contractor.

Uniform Shop - shop for your child's uniform and school accessories online or order via phone, fax or over the counter.

Communications - please contact one of the parents reps for each school year if you wish to raise any issue/concern that may relate to the P&C activities. List of contacts available here.

Fundraising Committee was established in 2004, with responsibility for all fundraising activities apart from the Fete.

Capital Grants maintains awareness of all the sources of grant funding which might be available to the P&C and to prepare applications for these when required.

Fete - This subcommittee organises the Telopea Park School Fete which is held every year in November. This is an important fundraising and social event and a major source of funds for the P&C. A large number of volunteers are required on the day to staff stalls etc., but these people are not usually required to attend meetings of the Fete Subcommittee.
